What we collect
Order information. Your name, delivery address, billing address, email address, telephone number and the details of what you ordered.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card. We never see or store your full card number.
Device and usage information. Your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you view on our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Correspondence. Anything you send us by email, including the content of support enquiries.
Marketing preferences. Your email address, if you choose to subscribe.
Why we use it, and on what basis
To fulfil your order (performance of a contract): processing payment, arranging delivery, sending order and tracking updates, handling returns and refunds.
To provide support (performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business): answering questions and resolving problems.
To improve the site and prevent fraud (legitimate interests): understanding how the site is used and identifying suspicious activity.
To send marketing email (consent): only if you have subscribed. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message.
To meet legal obligations: keeping transaction records for tax and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run the shop: our ecommerce platform, our payment provider, our delivery partners, our email provider and our analytics providers. Each processes data on our instructions.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for six years, to meet accounting and tax obligations. Support correspondence is kept for two years. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children
Our shop is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
