Where we deliver
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. We are not able to ship to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or addresses outside the UK at this time.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The price shown at checkout is the final price. There are no customs charges, handling fees or additional costs on delivery.
Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of being placed. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next working day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, orders arrive within 4 to 6 working days.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 5 to 8 working days.
Delivery estimates are given in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. They are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 2 working days, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
Delays
Occasionally delivery takes longer than estimated, usually because of weather, courier backlogs or an incomplete address. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
