Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
To cancel, email us at support@marloweandfinch.com with your order number. You may use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
Our 20-day returns policy
In addition to your legal right above, we accept returns for 20 days from delivery, whether the item does not fit or you have simply changed your mind. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with any tags still attached.
How to return an item
Email support@marloweandfinch.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and next steps before you send anything.
Returns are sent to our fulfilment warehouse in China. We will give you the full return address once we have confirmed your return, so please do not send anything back before contacting us.
Return postage
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it in full.
Please note: because returns are sent to China, international postage from the United Kingdom typically costs between £15 and £30 depending on the courier, the weight of the parcel and the service you choose. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund an item we do not receive. If the cost of returning an item is close to its value, contact us first and we will tell you whether a return is worth making.
Faulty or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, you have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund, and we will pay the return postage. Contact us with your order number and a photograph of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, we will refund you within 14 days, to the original payment method. We do not charge restocking or handling fees. Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we refund the standard delivery cost you paid, if any.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you wish to cancel before your order is dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we will stop it if we can. If it has already been dispatched, follow the returns process above.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want.
