By using this site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
3. Products
We take care to describe our products accurately, but colours may appear differently on different screens, and measurements are approximate. Products are subject to availability. We may withdraw or change a product at any time.
4. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. The price at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order we have already accepted.
If we discover an obvious pricing error after you order, we will contact you before dispatch and you may either continue at the correct price or cancel.
5. Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if the item is unavailable, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we suspect fraud.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
7. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your right to cancel, our 20-day returns policy and your rights if goods are faulty are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this site, including text, images and the Marlowe & Finch name, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce it commercially without our permission.
10. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, industrial action, courier failure or interruption to telecommunications.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

If something has gone wrong, email support@marloweandfinch.com and we will try to resolve it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
